These terms apply to every interaction you have with Razed, including browsing the site, using the live cricket score tracker, placing sports bets, accessing the live casino and making financial transactions.
Razed reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, registered members will be notified by email or via an in-platform notification. The updated terms will take effect 7 days after the notification is issued unless the change is required by law, in which case it takes effect immediately. Your continued use of Razed following any notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If there is any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and the specific rules for a particular product — such as the bonus terms, the poker room rules or the live casino rules — the specific product rules will take precedence for matters within their scope.
Razed is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, claim a bonus or place any bet. Razed uses automated systems and manual review processes to verify the age of members. You must be a natural person — not a corporation or automated system — to hold a Razed account. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Each person may hold only one Razed account. Your Razed account password is your responsibility. Do not share your password with any other person. Razed will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or phone. Razed reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification — before processing your first withdrawal or at any subsequent point at its discretion. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days may result in account suspension.
All deposits on Razed are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied. The following payment methods are currently accepted on Razed:
Razed does not accept deposits from payment sources that are not registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — accounts belonging to a family member, friend or any other party — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is detected, Razed reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the account and investigate for potential fraud.
All deposits are subject to standard anti-money laundering checks. Razed may request documentation confirming the source of funds for deposits above Rs 50,000 in a single transaction or Rs 2,00,000 within any 30-day period.
Withdrawals from your Razed account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no Razed-imposed withdrawal fee, though your bank or mobile wallet provider's standard transaction charges may apply.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, Razed will verify your identity. This is a standard requirement and applies to all members. You will be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC or passport and, in some cases, a proof of ownership for your registered payment method. Once verification is complete, it remains valid for the lifetime of your account — you will not be asked to repeat the process for subsequent withdrawals.
Withdrawals will not be processed if there is an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements on your account. You may choose to forfeit your bonus in order to withdraw — contact support to do so. Forfeiting a bonus means both the bonus funds and any winnings generated specifically from bonus funds are removed from your balance.
All bonuses offered by Razed — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers and free bet credits — are subject to the terms stated in this section and any additional specific terms published with the individual promotion on the Promotions page.
The Razed welcome bonus is a 100% matched deposit bonus up to a maximum of Rs 10,000. It is available to new members only and applies to the first qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. The bonus is credited automatically to your account within seconds of the deposit being confirmed — no bonus code is required.
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 5x the combined value of the deposit plus the bonus amount. For example, if you deposit Rs 2,000 and receive a Rs 2,000 bonus, the total wagering requirement is Rs 20,000 (Rs 4,000 × 5). Wagering contributions by game type are as follows:
While a bonus is active on your Razed account, the maximum permitted bet per event or game round is Rs 1,000 or 10% of the remaining bonus balance, whichever is lower. Bets placed in excess of this limit will not contribute to wagering requirements and Razed reserves the right to void winnings generated from oversized bets placed during an active bonus.
Bonuses expire after 30 days from the date they are credited. Wagering must be completed within this window. Expired bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are removed automatically from your account at the end of the 30-day period.
Sports betting on Razed is subject to the following general rules, which apply across all sports and bet types unless specific sport rules state otherwise.
Odds and Prices: All odds on Razed are displayed in decimal format unless you have changed your account display preference. The odds shown at the time you confirm your bet are the odds that will be applied to that bet. In-play odds update continuously and the odds confirmed on your bet slip at the moment you click "Confirm Bet" are binding.
Bet Acceptance: Razed reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its discretion. This includes but is not limited to bets placed on events where Razed suspects the outcome may have been influenced improperly, bets from accounts suspected of arbitrage activity and bets that would expose Razed to unacceptable liability.
Void Bets: A bet is voided and the stake returned if the event is abandoned before the minimum required amount of play is completed, if an error in the odds is identified before the result is known, or if the event or selection is offered in error. Voided selections in accumulators reduce the accumulator by that selection — the remaining selections stand.
In-Play Betting: Live betting markets on Razed update in real time. Razed may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event. Bets placed after an event has concluded — due to a technical delay in updating a market — will be voided.
The live casino on Razed — including all roulette, baccarat, blackjack and poker tables — uses real certified equipment operated by real dealers in certified studio environments. All game outcomes are determined by physical processes (card shuffles, wheel spins) and are independently audited.
Each live casino game on Razed is governed by the specific rules displayed within that game's interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a bet. The general rule is that a bet confirmed and accepted by the game system is binding and cannot be reversed after the betting window closes.
Disconnection from a live casino game during a betting round does not void a bet already placed. If your connection drops after betting has closed but before the result is displayed, the result will be settled in the normal way and you can view the outcome in your game history when you reconnect.

Razed may suspend or close any account with or without notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms and Conditions; evidence of fraudulent activity; use of automated betting systems (bots); collusion in poker or any other multiplayer game; chargebacks on deposits; providing false information during registration; suspected money laundering; or any activity that Razed in its reasonable judgement considers harmful to the platform or other members.
When an account is closed for cause, any funds derived from rule violations will be forfeited. Legitimate deposited funds that have not been wagered will be returned to the source payment method within 14 business days unless they are subject to an ongoing investigation.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@razed.run. Your balance will be paid out to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding withdrawal verification. Account closure does not affect any legal obligations either party holds toward the other.
All content on the Razed platform — including but not limited to the logo, design, graphics, text, software, live score data, odds compilations, promotional materials and the overall layout of razed.run — is the property of Razed or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, frame, republish or commercially exploit any Razed content without prior written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Razed platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include scraping, data mining, systematic downloading or automated access to any part of the platform.
Razed's liability to you is limited to the return of funds held in your account balance at the time any claim arises. Razed is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss — including lost winnings from bets that could not be placed due to technical issues, losses from connection failures or losses arising from errors in odds that were corrected before bet settlement.
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly or that an error has been made in your account, you must contact Razed support within 30 days of the event date. Claims received after this period may not be investigated. Razed will review the claim and respond within 5 business days.
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through the standard support process, the matter will be subject to arbitration under the applicable rules. The language of arbitration is English and the procedure is conducted electronically.
Razed collects personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Razed Privacy Policy. The key points are: Razed collects only data necessary to operate your account, process transactions and comply with anti-money laundering obligations; your data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption; Razed does not sell your personal data to third parties; and you have the right to request a copy of the data Razed holds about you at any time.
Razed reviews and updates these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in regulation, platform features and industry standards. When a material change is made, registered members will be notified at least 7 days in advance by email to their registered address and via an in-platform notification banner. If you disagree with any change to the Terms and Conditions, you may close your account before the change takes effect and withdraw any balance. Continuing to use Razed after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
